The Individual and Family Services are now recruiting a foster care secretary to Team Family.

The Individual and Family Services in Boden have an organization aimed at working with multi-competent teams that collaborate around and with clients and families to provide support in various areas. Through the close collaboration of all teams, it contributes to a safe as well as a developing work environment for employees.

At Team Family, social workers focus on financial support, foster homes, family law/parenting, addiction/health issues, and children and young people with the goal of creating a functioning whole for the families we meet.

The foster care group currently consists of three employees with extensive professional experience who together possess great competence.

Employment Scope

The Individual and Family Services are now applying a reduction in working hours by one hour per day, during the project period until December 31, 2027.

As an employee of Team Family, you have a flexible working hours agreement and some opportunity to work remotely; the municipality also offers vacation exchange.

QUALIFICATIONS

You should have a degree in social work and a desire to support people in vulnerable situations, but we will solve the rest together. We have a stable foundation of routines and established methods but also enjoy developing new ones and enhancing our skills through environmental scanning and training.

Of course, everyone who wants to work full-time, with flexible hours and the possibility of remote work. We hope you can start by the end of January, but we can certainly be flexible with that.

We strive for an even gender and age distribution and see the strength in diversity; it is important that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, but it is also an advantage if you have knowledge of additional languages and/or experience of other cultures. A driving license (B) is a requirement.
